The CRM division of Core Technology Systems, previously Excitation Ltd, has spoken of its intent to continue – and add to – the services it has been providing to membership associations as well as the full spectrum of commercial organisations.
The Excitation team, now known as the CRM division of Core, continue to operate from the Harwell, Oxfordshire office which the team moved to last year from Oxford city centre.
All contact numbers remain the same and email addresses ending “@excitation.co.uk” still reach the CRM team (as well as emails which substitute the ending “@core.co.uk”).
The CRM team continues to focus energies on providing services around Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as offering its unique IP: its Membership Platform, Membership Framework, Pricing Engine, Education Module, Events Module, Data Sync and Self-Service Portal.
As part of Core, the offering now increases to providing consultancy, development and managed services from device to data centre across the Microsoft stack. In addition to CRM, specialities lie in SharePoint, System Center, Exchange, Identity and Access and Microsoft's Online Services offerings - Windows Azure, Office 365 and Windows Intune.
