A knowledge café is an organisational workshop which aims to provide an open and creative conversation on a topic of mutual interest to participants surfacing their collective knowledge.
Meetings like this enable participants to share ideas and insights, and help them gain a deeper understanding of the subject and the issues involved. Most participants leave the workshop with a set of ideas they can implement in the workplace immediately.

The question of secure mobile working and sharing knowledge effectively affects nearly all organisations, and the meeting attracted participants ranging from academics and industrialists to government officials. The evening session covered a host of ideas and thoughts on the question with it becoming apparent another session would be required to continue the discussion.
