Why It Matters: The new usage report in the Microsoft 365 admin centre provides granular insights into Copilot adoption, retention and engagement across apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. It includes metrics such as active users, prompt volume and agent usage. This helps IT leaders track ROI and identify opportunities for further enablement.



Copilot Memory & Personalisation

Why It Matters: Copilot now learns how you work by using your chats, job profile and custom instructions to deliver more personalised support. Memory is private and user-controlled, allowing you to manage what Copilot remembers.

 

 

Copilot Chat Enhancement Across Microsoft 365
