Scottish Water: Transforming Water Sampling
with Agile Project Management

Scottish Water identified inefficiencies in their manual water sampling process and pursued a digital solution to enhance accuracy, streamline operations, and meet efficiency targets while improving the customer experience. Scottish Water collaborated with Core to create a proof of concept (POC) for iSample, a digital sampling system. 

By leveraging agile methodologies and close collaboration, we not only addressed the immediate business needs, but also set a new standard for how projects can be delivered across Scottish Water and its ecosystem of suppliers.
