Modern Slavery Policy
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Core Technology Systems (UK) Ltd, and our group companies, (Core), are an SME and as such are not subject to the Modern Slavery Act (2015). However, we have created this voluntary statement to outline our position on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking and how we help to ensure that we take steps to prevent this within our business operations and supply chain.
Core is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act (2015), and the UN Sustainable Development goals.
As an equal opportunity employer, and a London Living Wage accredited company, we are committed to ensuring that our current and prospective employees are provided with decent work, good working conditions and competitive compensation.
Core is an inclusive organisation, hiring based on talent and capability regardless of any other factors such as race, religion or any other physical attributes. All employees are enrolled in our workplace pension scheme and are eligible to receive other employment benefits such as private healthcare for themselves and immediate family members, at no cost to them other than the relevant Tax liability.
Our procurement of goods and services is limited to providers who share our commitment, where possible we use vendors and wholesales who have a published Modern Slavery policy that meets the principles we have outlined above. Where we buy in services from other SME businesses, we work with them to ensure that their commitment to preventing Modern Slavery is compatible with our own.
Since the implementation of the Act in 2015, Core has received no reports from employees, the public, law enforcement or any other relevant body that indicate any non-compliance with the Act.
