In episode 5 of our [Reid Only Access podcast](https://www.core.co.uk/podcast), Core's Harry Reid chats with Eamon McGann and Kat Greenan about user adoption of new technology in the workplace, including the role of technology champions and how to manage resistance to change. At a time when the face of workplace collaboration and communication is changing, this is a fascinating look at how user adoption strategy and techniques can evolve with the change.
